One of the little joys in life is getting together with your community to celebrate family (and kids in particular). At CCC the families didn’t choose to be part of our community, but here we are…and we just love to put on events throughout the year that help our families get out and have some fun while fighting cancer. Kids, especially, need the release.
Along with our montly support group meetings and our annual Holiday Gala, we host many outings and events to which families are invited free of charge. Many local businesses help out in big ways and they are listed on our Support page.
Want to see an Indy car race at Infineon Raceway? Mario Andretti helps out. Want to fly a blimp? Metlife kindly takes us up in the air in the Snoopy 1. Want to see a Major League baseball team in action? The Oakland A’s and World Champion San Francisco Giants annually donate tickets to games.
